摘要
【目的】构建基于云计算的广西物流公共信息平台,为有效实现广西农产品物流信息资源整合、集聚、共享和服务,提高物流信息资源利用率,促进广西农产品高效流通。【方法】针对广西农产品物流现状,按照"基本思路—总体框架—功能规划—运营保障策略"的顺序,对基于云计算的广西农产品物流公共信息平台进行规划。【结果】设计了基于云计算的广西农产品物流公共信息平台的总体框架,包括基础层、服务层、接口层和用户层;规划了五大功能,即数据交换功能、信息发布功能、在线交易功能、辅助决策功能、行业监督管理功能。【建议】政府主导、统一规划、优化农产品物流设施建设、共享区域农产品物流信息、提高农产品物流信息标准化水平、促进农产品冷链物流的发展、提高物流企业信息化水平,以保障基于云计算的广西农产品物流公共信息平台的运营。
[ Objective ]A logistics common information platform based on cloud computing was proposed in order to effectively realize the integration and sharing of Guangxi agricultural product logistics information resources, upgrade their utilization rate and promote efficient circulation of Guangxi agricultural products. [Method]According to the current situa- tion of Guangxi agricultural product logistics, in the sequence of basic thought-overall framework-function programming- operation guarantee strategy, programming of Guangxi agricultural product logistics common information platform based on cloud computing was conducted. [ Result ]The overall framework of Guangxi agricultural product logistics common infor- mation platform based on cloud computing was designed as base layer, service layer, interface layer and user layer. And five functions were data exchange, information distribution, online transaction, assistant decision making and industry supervision. [Suggestion]To guarantee smooth operation of Guangxi agricultural product logistics common information platform, a slew of strategies should be adopted including optimizing agricultural product logistics infrastructure, sharing regional agri- cultural product logistics information, upgrading standardization of agricultural product logistics information, promoting the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural product and improving informatization level of logistics enterprises.
