摘要 中国散裂中子源(CSNS)真空控制系统采用横河PLC和MOXA嵌入式串口设备实现真空阀门的开关和真空度的采集及相关联锁保护。本文使用CSS建立了CSNS真空控制设备及真空状态实时监测的操作员界面(OPI)。在此基础上,通过开发CSS插件,连接控制线缆数据库,实现了被控信号与被控设备及线缆的在线关联查询功能,通过被控信号即可确定设备位置和连接的线缆,方便日后的维护运行。 T he on/off and interlock of the vacuum valve ,and the data acquisition of the vacuum gauge for China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS ) were implemented by the Yokogawa PLC and MOXA embedded serial devices .The real time operator interface (OPI) with CSS was set up for monitoring the status of the CSNS vacuum control devices .Then a CSS plug-in was developed for the OPI to connect to the control cable database ,and this realized the function that manipulated signal ,manipulated device and cable could be queried online associatively .As a consequence ,the location of the device and the connective cable could be identified by the manipulated signal ,w hich gives a lot of help to the maintenance and operation in the future .
