智能变电站多业务自动接入状态监测平台的设计 被引量:1

摘要 状态监测技术是智能变电站技术体系中标志性的核心技术。一方面针对变电站内重要设备如主变压器、断路器等基于IEC 61850的状态监测智能组件达到了实用化阶段并不断进步;另一方面,面向变电站的安全防护、消防、环境监测等辅助生产系统建立的智能监测系统,也正渐渐成为智能变电站状态监测重要组成部分。基于IEC61850标准中的面向服务自我描述、自动建模等技术,提出一个具有设备即插即用的功能框架的多业务自动接入状态监测平台,以符合智能变电站建设的易扩展、易升级、易改造、易维护的工业化应用要求。 Condition monitoring technology is considered as the symbolised core technology in intelligent substation technology system. On the one hand, those IEC 61850-based condition monitoring intelligent components for primary equipments in substation such as main transformers, circuit breakers, etc. , have entered a practical stage and keep progressing; On the other hand, the intelligent condition monitoring system set up for the auxiliary production systems of the substation including security and protection, fire fighting, environmental monitoring and others, is also gradually becoming the important part of the condition monitoring in an intelligent substation. Based on the tech- nologies of service-oriented self-description and automatic modelling supported by the IEC61850 standard, in this paper we propose a condition monitoring platform with multi-server automatic access as well as the function framework of plug-and-play in order to satisfy the requirements of industrial application in the construction of an intelligent substation such as easy expansion, easy upgrade, easy reform and easy maintenance.
