基于二维条码PDF417的彩票打印机的设计与实现

摘要 详细论述PDF417条码在彩票打印机中编码打印的过程。介绍打印机在接收到上位机发送报文后的命令行解析及二维条码信息编码。提出一种并行控制加热与走纸的方式,解决编码过程中运算量较大,打印机易失步,易打印乱码的问题;提出一种智能控制加热时间方式,克服打印点阵颜色深浅不一的现象。以上方案设计的打印机运行高效稳定、噪音低、功耗低,且打印条码内容准确,颜色深浅一致,现已在产品中得到广泛应用。 We discuss in detail the process of code print in lottery ticket printer using two-dimensional barcode PDF417, and give the introduction on the command line parsing by the printer after receiving the messages from host computer, and on the information encoding with two-dimensional barcode. We present a parallel mode that controls the heating and paper feeding, which solves the problems of higher compulation cost, the printer to be easily out of step and to print garbled code in encoding process. We recommend an intelligent heating time control method, this ove,'comes the phenomenon that the dot matrix printed has different shades of colour. The printer designed by the above scheme is effective and stable, with lower noise and power consumption. Moreover, the codes printed are accurate in content and have same colour shade. Now this design has been widely used in the product.
