摘要
目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定姜黄素囊泡中姜黄素的含量的方法。方法:采用紫外可见分光光度法测定姜黄素囊泡中姜黄素的量。结果:姜黄素在426 nm处有最大吸收,浓度在2.10~6.30 mg·mL-1时与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:A=0.1302C+0.0424,r=0.9999(n=3);平均回收率为98.47%,RSD为0.93%(n=9)。本方法操作简便易行,具有良好的重现性和精密度。
Objective:To establish methods for the determination of the curcumin in niosomes. Methods:The cur-cumin in the niosomes was determined by UV-visible spectrophotometry. Results:The curcumin showed a good lin-ear relationship within a range of 2.10 to 6.30μg·mL-1.The regression equation was A=0.1302C+0.0424, r=0.9999 (n=3);the average recovery was 98.47%(RSD=0.93%, n=9). Conclusion:The method is easy to operate, highly accurate.
