摘要
通过对某型发电机产品的试验需求分析,提出了一种测试平台的设计与实现方法。基于Modbus和CAN混合通信总线技术,设计了测试平台的分布式控制系统,实现了以数据信息交换为核心的传输控制模式;阐述了软、硬件组成、设计方案和关键技术。工程应用证明,测试平台能够满足多型发电机的试验需求,可避免重复投资,降低研制成本。
This paper proposes the ideal of design and implementation for an experiment platform after the experiment requirement analysis of the series generator. Based on the Modbus and CAN hybrid communication bus technology, designs the distributed control system of a test platform and achieves the transmission control mode which was based on the core of data exchange in the paper. Meanwhile,the paper also describes the components of both software and hardware,plus the design and key technologies. Its applications in engineering demonstrate that the experiment platform can satisfy the requirement of multi-model generators with a high versatility,and can avoid duplicated investment thus reduce the cost of development.
