饲料中禁用或限用抗生素已成为必然,无机抗菌剂作为新一代抗菌材料广受关注。本文介绍了无机抗菌剂的种类、特点、抗菌机理及制备方法,重点综述了无机抗菌剂在饲料中的应用研究进展,旨在为无机抗菌剂开发及其在饲料中的合理应用提供参考。
it is inevitable to ban or limit the use of antibiotics in animal feed, and inorganic antibacterial agents have been paid much attention as a new antibacterial material. In this paper, the types, characteristics, antimicrobial mechanism and preparation methods of inorganic antibacterial agents were introduced. The research progress and prospect of inorganic antibacterial agent in feed were reviewed in order to provide perspective for the development and application of inorganic antibacterial agents in animal feed.
