为了使高校毕业生在就业市场中永远具备竞争优势,笔者从社会适应力出发,针对大学生的创新能力、合作能力和人际交往能力等几个方面,对高校体育教学的内容、模式以及师资结构层次提出了几点意见和建议,希望能对增强高校毕业生社会适应力有所帮助。
