新课改下的体育教学改革研究

摘要 新课程标准把"激发学生运动兴趣,培养学生终身体育的意识"作为体育教学的基本理念之一。而传统的体育教学,教师关注的是教学计划、内容是否完成,忽视学生的心理感受和情感体验,出现了喜欢体育却不喜欢上体育课的怪现象,严重地影响了体育课的教学质量。如何激发学生上体育课的兴趣?这是摆在体育教师面前的一道难题。本人在体育教学的实践与研究中,从制定灵活的教学目标、通过转换教师角色、运用教学激励评价和营造良好的课堂氛围四个方面着手,致力创设体育教学的最佳学习环境,从而调动学生学习的积极性,提高学生的学习效率,进而开发学生的潜能,优化教学效果。 The new curriculum standard takes "stimulating students'lifelong sports consciousness" as one of the basic concepts of P.E. teaching.In the traditional sports teaching, teach- ers focus on whether the teaching plan and teaching content have been completed, but ignore the students' psycho- logical feelings and emotional experience, thus leads some students to like physical education (PE) but don't like the strange have P.E. classes, which severely affect the teaching quality of P.E. How to stimulate students' interest in physical education classes is a difficult problem for P.E. teachers.In the practice of physical education teaching and research, the author tries to create a good classroom atmosphere from the four aspects: establishing a flexible teach- ing goal, changing the teachers' role, using teaching evaluation and creating good learning environment of physical education teaching, so as to arouse the enthusiasm of students learning, improve students' learning efficiency, de- velop students' potential and optimize the teaching effect.
