摘要
本文对比了中美两国在院前急救工作者培训分级、灾害现场救援医疗力量组成方面的不同,并结合地震现场伤亡特点,对我国不同地震现场医疗救护者的职能模式进行探讨。提出在专业医护、消防队伍中推广不同级别的急救技能培训与分级认证的方案,以提高灾害现场急救效率。
The difference of pre-hospital rescue training classification and the component of the emergency medical technician on disaster site between China and United States were compared. Combined with the characteristic of the casualties on disaster site, this article investigates the variant earthquake medical rescue function mode. It also proposes to extend classified authentication and training skills of emergency medical treatment in the groups of professional medical workers and fire fighters according to their levels, in order to improve the efficiency of disaster relief on site.
