武警交通部队应急救援实践及卫勤保障的做法

Emergence Relief and Medical Support Approaches of Chinese People's Armed Traffic Police Force

笔者通过分析和阐释近几年武警交通部队遂行重大应急救援任务的特点和要求,探索和归纳出应急救援任务中,武警交通部队开展卫勤保障的三个"结合"的方法及四个组织实施的程序步骤。并得出结论:交通部队应立足解决当前应急救援任务中卫勤保障存在的内涵不丰富、机制不规范、体系不顺畅等问题,这对提高卫勤保障能力、加强部队战斗力、保障中心任务圆满完成具有重要的现实意义。

Through analyzing and expounding medical support of the practice of emergency relief tasks in recent years, the author explores and summarizes the effective way of three “combination”, and four procedural steps of medical support in the practice of emergency relief tasks. In conclusion, Chinese People＇ s Armed Traffic Police Force, should base on the solution of problems in the practice of emergency relief tasks, such as the connotation is not abundant, mechanism is not standardized, and system is not smooth, which has great significance in reality for improving medical support capability, strengthening military fighting force, and successful completion of central tasks in medical support.
