野战医院中耳鼻咽喉头颈外科救治实践分析及未来需求研究

Analysis of Medical Rescue and Study on Future of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery in Field Hospital

本文分析了灾害可能导致的耳鼻咽喉头颈外科疾病临床特点。面对耳外伤、鼻骨鼻窦眼眶骨折、喉外伤、头颈颌面部外伤、耳鼻咽喉头颈部异物等多种伤害,本文总结了野战医院应逐一采取的急救措施,总结出一系列相关灾害救援医学实践经验包括建立系统化的培训机制、加强专科装备研究和配备、开展灾区专科疾病的流行病学调查、到注重心理疏导及卫生科普宣教等。希望本文能为未来灾害事故中耳鼻咽喉头颈伤的诊治起到一定的借鉴作用,并为今后灾害救援医学实践提供可行的对策和科学依据。

This paper analyzes the clinical characteristics of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery occurred in various disasters. Facing a variety of disaster trauma,such as ear trauma,nasal sinus and orbital fracture,larynx trauma,maxillofacial trauma of head and neck,and foreign body in otolaryngology-head and neck region,a series of related emergency measures and experiences of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery in disaster scenario were summed up in field hospital,which included establishing the systematic training mechanism,strengthening specialized facilities research and equipment,carrying out epidemiology investigation of specialized disease,and emphasizing psychological counseling and health science education. The author expects the rescue experiences of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery in field hospital can provide some feasible countermeasures and the scientific basis for a variety of disaster relief practice in future.
