武警部队卫勤无缝救援系统中急救管理子系统的研究与设计

Research and Design of Emergency Management Sub-System in the Seamless Rescue System for Medical Service of Chinese People's Armed Police Forces

本文探讨了武警部队卫勤无缝救援系统中急救管理子系统。根据无缝救援的规范和流程,开发一套涵盖院前急救到院内全过程的信息系统,并支持消息通知、信息共享及与院内信息交换。根据急救管理子系统实现的功能,整个系统可分为信息采集与录入、信息平台、呼叫系统、急救数据库等几个部分,为无缝救援系统提供信息录入和共享的平台,满足系统中数据存储和管理的多种需求,并可缩短信息流转的时间,提高救援效率及卫勤保障能力。

The paper discusses the emergency management sub-system in the police’s seamless rescue system. According to seamlessly rescue norms and processes,we develop information systems covering pre-hospital care to the entire process of hospital, which supports message notification,information sharing and exchange of information in the hospital. According to the functions of the emergency management sub-system,the entire system can be divided into several parts,including the information collection and entry, information platform,call systems,emergency database,which provide seamless information input and sharing platform to meet the diverse needs of data storage and management in the system,and emergency management subsystem can shorten the time in the information flow to improve rescue efficiency and medical support capabilities.
