摘要
以一般能力倾向成套测验为研究工具,调查了627名中学生一般能力倾向的发展现状。调查结果表明,中学生的一般能力倾向存在显著的性别差异,男女中学生各有其能力优势;独生子女在大多数能力倾向上表现均优于非独生子女中学生;重点中学学生的能力倾向得分均高于非重点中学学生;文理科中学生一般能力倾向特征有显著区别。中学生的一般能力倾向与学业成绩密切相关,并对学业成绩有一定的预测作用。
Taking GATB as the research tool,this research investigated the status quo of 627 middle-school students' general aptitude . Results indicate that significant difference exists between boy and girl students. The only-child middle-school students are signifi-cantly higher in most of the aptitudes than the not-only-child students. Students at key middle-schools have higher GATB scores than those at other schools. Significant difference of general aptitude exists between arts students and science students. The general apti-tude of middle-school students is positively related to academic achievement and can be used to predict it.
