摘要
文章主要阐述了以美国为代表的英美法系和以德国为代表的大陆法系对文献数据库版权的法律保护模式,主要包括立法沿革、法律保护的特点及对图书馆的影响。通过对提及的法律体系中与图书馆相关的法律政策进行分析,为图书馆利用国外数据库提供启示和应对措施。
The paper mainly analyzes the similarities and differences of copyright protection for commercial database between America and Germany, including the legislation evolution, the characteristics of legal protection and its influence on library. By exploring the history of database copyright protection in the two countries ,we provide some suggestions for libraries to avoid the copyright risk.
