摘要
新馆员培训是图书馆人力资源管理中的重要环节。文章提出在新馆员培训中引入职业导师制,来指导和帮助新馆员快速适应和胜任工作岗位,为图书馆可持续发展提供人力资源保障。文章论述了图书馆职业导师制的含义与作用,并探讨了图书馆推行职业导师制的方法。
The training of the new librarian is an important part of human resource management in library. This paper introduces the mentoring program in the training of the new librarian to guide and help them to quickly adapt to the job and competently do the work, in order to provide human resources to the sustainable development of library. The meaning and function of the library mentoring program and the method of implementation of mentoring program in library are discussed.
