摘要
宁波钢铁有限公司余能电厂循环水泵房沉井下沉施工方法采用了排水下沉方式。由于沉井处地质情况复杂,同时下部大部分土质为淤泥质粉质黏土,土层承载力低;另外,沉井距离正在使用的高空管架廊道仅6 m,因此,在沉井制作和下沉前对上述地质情况进行了地基改良处理,确保了沉井施工的安全,亦为类似工程积累了经验。
The drainage sinking method has been used for the circulating water pump house caisson sinking construction in Ningbo Steel Company Yuneng Power Plant. The caisson locates in a complicated geological condition, and the most of the lower soil is silty clay with reletively low bearing capacity. Besides, the distance between the caisson and the high pipe racks corridor is only 6 m, so before the caisson making and sinking, the foundation soil improvement should be conducted, which led to a successful completion of the caisson construction and accumulated experience for similar projects.
