摘要
在配方中添加防焦剂,可以调整硫化诱导期,满足胶料在加工及贮存过程中的稳定性要求。研究发现,通过增加防焦剂E[N-苯基-N-(三氯甲基-磺酰基)-苯磺基酰基苯胺]和CTP(N-环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺)在固定配合体系下的使用量,可以有效延长焦烧时间,提高胶料的防焦性能,改善胶料的加工安全性,但也会延长硫化时间。同时,防焦剂E可有效减小硫化胶的压缩永久变形及提高拉伸强度,改善硫化胶的物理性能;而防焦剂CTP会使硫化胶的压缩永久变形、拉伸强度等物理性能下降。
This article describes that, by contrast between scorch retarder E and CTP of the fixed coordinated system, increased usage of retarder scorch will effectively retard scorch time, improve rubber anti-scorching performance and processing safety, but extend the curing time. Meanwhile,scorch retarder E can reduce compression set of cured rubber, and improve its tensile strength as well as physical performance; while scorch retarder CTP will reduce the physical performance of rubber compound.
