硅橡胶材料在不同压缩位移下的疲劳寿命研究 被引量:3

摘要 以硅橡胶为研究对象,依据裂纹增长特性,计算得出硅橡胶的疲劳寿命估算法则,即疲劳寿命与压缩位移近似成反比,并通过压缩位移分别为2 mm、4 mm、6 mm和8 mm,动态变形为±2.8 mm的疲劳试验验证这一结论。试验结果表明,具有一定阻尼性能的硅橡胶材料疲劳寿命与压缩位移近似成反比。在实际的工程应用中,可以采用增加压缩位移的方法加速硅橡胶的疲劳试验。 This paper investigated the fatigue performance of silicone rubber. The fatigue performance of silicone rubber was studied by which was calculated by crack growth theory of silicone rubber. The fatigue life was approximately inversely proportional to the compression displacement. The fatigue test with compression displacement respectively by 2 mm, 4 mm, 6 mm and 8 mm, and the dynamic deformation of ±2.8 mm was studied in this paper. The result of the experimentation indicates that the fatigue performance of silicone rubber accord with the fatigue endurance law. So this papersuggests that the accelerated experimentation would be used in accelerated fatigue performance of damping silicone rubber.
