摘要
针对山东某110 kV变电站10 kV线路保护装置更换调试过程中出现的断路器分闸后无法再次合闸或者跳、合闸位置监视灯同时亮的问题,对继电保护装置的操作回路和手车开关机构的跳合闸二次回路进行了分析研究,得知现场同时运用了南瑞继保RCS-9611C保护装置自身的防跳回路与青岛益和公司手车开关机构的防跳回路,两套回路间通过配合产生了寄生回路,提出了一种在合闸监视回路中串入断路器的常闭辅助触点和开关机构防跳继电器的常闭接点的接线改进方案,利用现场10 kV线路停电及小车开关在试验位置的机会,对断路器进行了多次分合闸测试。测试结果表明,该接线改进方案不仅完美解决了跳、合闸位置监视灯同时亮以及开关分闸后不能再次合闸的问题,同时,合闸回路的好坏情况也得到了监视。
Aiming at the problem that the circuit breaker can not switch on again, and a phenomenon that tripping and closing monitoring lights along with bright when we did the replacing and debugging test of 10 kV line protection devices in a Shandong 110 kV transformer substation. After analyzing operating circuit of protection device and the secondary circuit of the switching mechanism, anti-tripping of NARIRELAYS RCS-9611C protection devices and Anti-jump switching mechanism of Qingdao Yi He was used simultaneously at the scene. A parasitic circuit was produced. A measure was proposed by accessing normally closed contact of the breaker and switch mechanism's anti-tripping relay in closing monitoring circuit. Breaker was tested repeatedly using the opportunities of power failure and switch in the test position. The results show that the program is not only the perfect solution to the problem, while the quality of closing the circuit has been monitored.
