自然保护区野生动物危害农业生产问题研究

Research on Wild Animals' Harmfulness to Agricultural Production in Nature Reserve

自然保护对地方农户的农业生产发展具有较大影响。论文基于2013年安徽省金寨天马自然保护区所在区域天堂寨镇250户农户的微观数据,对保护区内农户农业生产遭受野生动物危害等情况进行了实证研究。结果表明:农业生产普遍遭受野生动物危害,野生动物对天麻生产中要素投入造成的损失达到3.69%,区域生态补偿机制不健全等。应从加快发展地方特色产业、完善生态补偿机制、提供防野生动物危害技术等方面来提高农户收入,缓解人类社会发展与自然保护之间的矛盾。

Nature reserve has great influence on the local farmers＂ agricultural production development. Based on micro data of 250 households of Tianma natural reserve in Jin Zhai of Anhui province in 2013, an empirical research of wild animals harm to agricultural production was made. The results show that the agricultural production is harmed by wild animals with the loss of inputs up to 3. 69%, and regional ecological compensation mechanism is not sound. We should speed up the local featured industry development, improve the ecological compensation mechanism, provide wild animals＇ hazards prevention technology etc. To increase farmers＂ income and alleviate the contradiction between the development of human society and natural protection.
