摘要
我国农村小学生学业负担过重已经是一个相当普遍的事实,这严重影响着小学生的身心健康,背离了教育的初衷。通过事实对比与调查分析,发现中美两国在育人目标、考试制度和课外活动这几方面的文化差异造成了两国小学生截然不同的学业负担现状。针对上述几点原因从宣传力度、教学模式以及教师心理素质这几方面提出改进对策,以期把素质教育和减负落到实处,使我们的教育活动真正符合其科学客观的内在规律。
Rural primary school burden in our country is a fairly common fact, which seriously affects the physical and mental health of pupils, deviated from our original purpose of education. In this paper, through the contrast of the fact and investigation analysis, the author finds that cultural differences between China and US in educational goals, examination system and extra--curricular activities resulted in two obvious burden status of pupils. In view of the above several reasons, we need enhance the publicity, improve the teaching mode and the psychological quality of teachers in order to implement the quality education and reduce the burden, thus to make education really consistent with its inner scientific and objective law.
