摘要
电极压力是电阻点焊热量输入的重要参数,也是造成焊接热量不稳定的主要原因。详细分析电阻点焊循环过程各个阶段电极压力参数的选择不合理会直接导致白车身焊点各类缺陷的产生。提出了白车身电阻点焊的电极压力的选择不仅要遵循焊接参数选择标准,而且应根据车身本身的材料、结构以及接头形式,结合焊接电流、焊接时间、维持时间等参数对电极压力进行调整,这样才能保证白车身焊点质量满足要求。
On account of the electrode pressure,which is an important parameter of the heat input of resistance spot welding,and it is also the main reason which result in unstable welding heat. In this paper the cyclic process of the resistance spot welding has been analyzed in details,and has reached to the conclusion that the unreasonable selection of electrode pressure parameters at each stage would immediately lead to different defects in the welding spots of BIW. And the claim is made that the selection of electrode pressure of welding spots of BIW should not only follow the welding parameter selection criteria,but also adjust the electrode pressure on the basis of the material of the body itself,the structure and the connector type. In addition,it should combine that with welding current,welding time and hold time and many other parameters. In that way the quality of welding spot of BIW could be guaranteed to meet the requirements.
