摘要
全面研究Q235钢筋棒材闪光对焊工艺及其组织性能,通过改变伸出长度、顶锻留量、顶锻力等工艺参数,测定其对抗拉强度的影响。分析了焊缝及热影响区的组织和硬度变化规律。结果表明,采用合适的工艺参数进行焊接,能够获得强度高于母材的焊接接头。
A comprehensive research was made on the flash butt welding process and microstructure property of Q235 steel bar. The effect of welding parameters, such as extended length, upsetting length, upsetting force,etc, on tensile strength was also studied. At last, the microstructure and hardness of the weld metal and heat 'affected zone were analyzed. The results show that a welded joints whose tensile strength is higher than that of the base metal will be achieved when appropriate welding parameters is applied.
