新型综掘机电缆滑动装置的设计及应用

Design and Application of New Cable Digging Machine Sliding Device

基于研究设计基础,根据自身煤矿的实际情况,经过大量实验、对比,设计了一种新型的综掘机电缆滑动装置,并投入使用。试验结果表明:新型综掘机电缆滑动装置的使用减少了因电缆维护不好而引起的停机事故,提高了开机率;有效避免了电缆受损以后引起触电的安全隐患;解决了掘进工作面电缆拖地问题;降低了工人的劳动强度,大大提高了工作效率。

Based on previous studies the design basis,according to the actual situation of their own mines,after a lot of experiments,contrast,designed a new type of cable digging machine sliding device,and put into use.The test results showed that：the use of new cable digging machine sliding device reduces downtime caused by bad cable maintenance and improve the operation rate;effectively avoided after the cable is damaged,causing electric shock safety hazards;resolved tunneling work face cable mopping problem;reduce labor intensity,and greatly improves the efficiency of work.
