摘要
以金庄矿3107工作面作为典型采面,采用现场布点的方法实测工作面采空区温度及气体体积分数变化,分析得出"三带"分布情况;根据所得数据和分析结果,应用FLUENT软件对其进行数值模拟,得到典型采面采空区自燃带分布规律,并在此基础上对"三带"观测模拟结果加以适当推广。最终给出了同一矿井相似采面不同条件下的自燃带宽度、位置及采面安全推进速度,为防灭火工程提供指导和依据。
Taking Jinzhuang Coal Mine 3107 working face as a typical mining face,the temperature and gas volume fraction change at working face were measured with the method of laying monitoring points along the whole face and the distribution of "three zones" in the gob were found out by analysis.According to the field measured data and analysis results,the variation law of spontaneous combustion zone in the typical gob was simulated by FLUENT software,and is suitable to application in"three zones".Finally,the width,position and working face safety speed of the spontaneous combustion in the similar mining face under the different conditions,also the corresponding results are given.At the same time,it provides basis and guidance for fire prevention engineering in coal mine.
