摘要
针对直齿齿轮副高速重载状态下润滑条件破坏等问题,运用弹流润滑理论,考虑实际齿轮啮合条件,根据直齿齿轮运转动态特性建立齿轮副模型,研究了润滑油膜特性变化规律,提出了一种新型的计算模型。分析结果表明:新计算模型相对传统模型能够较好模拟载荷波动,新模型预测接触区域与传统模型相比较小;新型齿轮副润滑油膜特性分析模型预测出的中心油膜厚度曲线和最小油膜厚度曲线整体较传统模型大且波动性较大。
For high-speed heavy-duty spur gear pair lubrication conditions undermine the state and other issues,use of EHL theory,considering the actual conditions of meshing gears,spur gear for the establishment of deputy model running gear dynamic characteristics were studied variation of lubricant film characteristics,a new computational model was proposed.The results show that the new model compared to the traditional model can simulate the load fluctuation,the new model predicts the contact area is small compared with the traditional model;vice lubricant film features new gear analysis model to predict the center of the film thickness curve and the minimum film thickness curve as a whole than the traditional model of large and volatile.
