摘要
采用等体积浸渍法以国内外商业催化剂中常使用的几种钛白粉为载体制备了钒钛催化剂,在自行搭建的实验平台上测试了脱硝活性和选择性,并从组成成分、比表面积和孔容积等方面对国内外钛白粉进行了分析比较.实验结果表明,钒的加入显著提高了钛白粉的脱硝效率,且拓宽了反应温度窗口,但使高温区选择性变差;WO3在低温区间(260—360℃)内对脱硝活性具有一定的促进作用;在260—460℃内,以6001、6009、DT51、DT51W为载体制备的4种催化剂脱硝活性和选择性相差不大;国产6001、6009和进口DT51、DT51W的比表面积和孔结构性质方面相差不大,比表面积都在80 m2·g-1左右,总孔容积在0.36—0.41 mL·g-1之间.
Different V-Ti catalysts with 4 types of commonly used titanium dioxide as carrier were prepared by isovolume impregnation method, and the DeNOx activity and selectivity was tested in lab-scale experimental system. Morever, composition, the specific surface area and pore volume of three titanium dioxide carriers were analyzed and compared. The experimental results show that the addition of vanadium significantly improved the DeNOx efficiency of titanium dioxide and broadened the reaction temperature window, but it reduced the selectivity at high temperaturs; WO3 promoted the DeNOx activity at low temperatures (260-360℃ ). Catalysts with 6001, 6009, DT51 and DT51W as carriers had no difference in the DeNOx activity and selectivity in the temperature range of 260-460℃. The specific surface area and pore structure properties of 6001, 6009, DT51 and DT51W were similar. The specific surface area was around 80 m^2·g^-1. and the total pore volume was 0.36-0. 41 mL·g^-l.
