老芒麦蒸腾速率及其与响应因子的关系 被引量:1

摘要 通过试验区灌溉试验,研究了老芒麦在不同土壤水分条件下蒸腾速率、光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、叶面温度、水蒸气浓度差的日内变化规律,研究了蒸腾速率与响应因子的关系。结果表明:老芒麦自然状态和凋萎状态下蒸腾速率日内变化均呈双峰型,充分供水状态下呈单峰型,光合速率均为单峰曲线。随着土壤含水量的降低,老芒麦光合速率、蒸腾速率值表现为充分供水>自然状态>凋萎缺水。气孔导度、水蒸气浓度差的日内变化与蒸腾速率的日内变化规律类似,均出现双峰。胞间CO2浓度的日内变化规律与净光合速率的日内变化规律相反,呈V形。 In order to reveal the tomatal response between transpiration rate and it’s response factor under three kinds conditions of soil moisture, transpiration rate(Tr),net photosynthetic(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration(Cint),leaf temperature(Lf),and the relationship between transpiration rate and response factor under three kinds conditions of soil moisture were studied by irrigation experiment de-signs in experimental zone. Results show that the transpiration rate and net photosynthetic of Elymus sibiricus display a bimodal curve pattern with the same mean value when the soil is nature or lacks of water. When the soil has enough moisture,the transpiration rate display one peak curve pat-tern with the same mean value. Transpiration rate and net photosynthetic decrease with water stress increasing. Daily variation regularity of transpi-ration rate,Gs and water vapor concentration difference are similar,all displaying a bimodal curve pattern. Daily variation regularity of intercellular CO2 concentration is different with net photosynthetic. Elymus sibiricus displays“V-shape”pattern.
