Private Colleges(Independent College) Gloating Party Members' Education Research——Take Zengcheng College of South China Normal University as an Example

当前就业形势日趋严峻,暂缓就业队伍不断扩大,流动党员数量也变得庞大,如何有效地开展流动党支部的组织活动,如何有针对性的对这些党员进行教育和管理,是党建工作面临的一个难题,也是党建工作中研究的一个重要课题。

The current employment situation is getting serious,employment of deferrable team has continuously expanded and the number of floating party members has become large,so how to carry out organization activities of the mobile branch effectively and how to targeted conduct the educational management of those party members is a big problem of party construction and it also an important subject in the research of party construction.
