煤矿综采工作面粉尘浓度监测及控制技术应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 综采工作面是煤矿井下的主要产尘场所,通过借助目标矿井现有的安全监控系统以及布置于综采面各测点的粉尘浓度传感器,实现了综采面粉尘浓度远程连续在线监测,同时在测点粉尘浓度超过设定值时自动开启对应喷雾进行粉尘沉降,直到测点粉尘浓度值低于设定超限值,实践应用效果良好。现场应用表明:煤矿粉尘浓度远程在线监测及控制系统能实现对综采面各测点粉尘浓度的在线监测和控制,该系统对促进矿井粉尘管理和防治有重要意义。 The fully - mechanized face is main dust production sites of coal mine. By means of existing underground safetymonitoring system and dust concentration sensors arranged at measuring points of fully - mechanized face, we achieveremote online monitoring dust concentration in fully - mechanized face continuously, simultaneously opening correspondingspraying automatically for dust settling when dust concentration arranged at measuring points exceeded the set value, untilthe dust concentration arranged at measuring points less than the set value. The practical application effect is well. Fieldapplication shows that the coal mine dust concentration remote online monitoring and controlling system can achieve onlinemonitoring and controlling to the dust concentration at measuring points of fully - mechanized face, at the same time, haveimportant significance for promoting dust prevention and management of coal mine.
