兖矿铁运处所运用的是东风4DD调车内燃机车,在其辅助机械传动装置中,弹性柱销联轴节经常发生故障,且主要故障是其中的橡胶圈的老化、磨损、安装时同轴度超出规定范围,传统的拆卸方法效率比较低,结合现场工作的实际,针对其中影响的关键因素,经过多次的现场试验,提出了解决方案并加以改进。
