摘要
受奥陶系灰岩水威胁的煤层开采中的底板突水具有高承压,大流量,高流速特点,破坏性强,损失大,对突水的注浆治理难度大。对此类突水封堵关键技术表现在对注浆堵水方案的选择确定,注浆钻孔穿过多层采空区的安全施工工艺,采空区和导水断层空腔内骨料注入和双液旋喷注浆固结技术,坚硬岩石内快速钻进技术,钻孔深部孔内混合双液注浆安全控制技术等。
During mining coal seam threatened by Ordovician limestone water , the floor water bursting has the characterof the high pressure, the large flow, the high flow speed, cause the heavy damage and the large loss, and is difficult togrout for water inrush. The key technology of sealing water is the selection of the grouting schemes, the safe eonstructiontechnology grouting bored passing through muhilayer goaf, the grouting consolidation technology and the double liquidinjection in the goals and the faults, fast drilling technology in hard rock, and the security control technology of thedouble liquid mixture in the drilling deep etc.
