摘要
该文以赵楼矿井主井箕斗提升为例,根据设备设施特点及现场数据监测,并基于PLC控制技术,提出一套提升容器保护设计方案,提升了系统运行稳定性和安全性,减少了运行故障和停工工时,节省了人力、物力,提高了运煤能力。
This article used the Zhaolou main shaftas an example, based on the characteristics of equipment andfacilities and field monitoring data, and based on PLC control technology, puts forward a set of ascending vesselprotection design, improve the system running stability and safety, reduce the malfunction and shutdown time, savemanpower and material resources, improve the ability of coal, the economic benefit of the coal mine is greatlyincreased.
