Rho-ROCK信号通路抑制中枢神经轴突再生的研究进展

摘要 中枢神经系统损伤后再生能力很弱,主要原因是内环境中生长刺激因子的缺乏、微环境中多种抑制因子的存在。 Rho-ROCK信号通路是中枢神经系统内介导抑制性信号阻断中枢神经细胞再生的重要途径。该文就Rho-ROCK信号通路的基本生物学特性、调控以及针对该通路的干预治疗等方面的研究进展进行综述。 The regeneration of neurons are very weak after the central nervous system is injured,the lack of growth factors in the internal environment and the existence of various inhibitors in the microenvironment are main reasons. Rho-ROCK signaling pathway mediates inhibitory signals to prevent regeneration of nerve cells in the central nervous system. In this paper,the advances in the research on biological property and regulation and interventions of Rho-ROCK signaling pathway are reviewed.
