利多卡因冷却治疗Ⅱ度烧伤患者创面瘙痒的效果观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨利多卡因冷却后治疗烧伤患者创面瘙痒的效果。方法将120例Ⅱ度烧伤愈合过程中创面瘙痒的患者采用随机数字表法分为4组,(室温生理盐水组、低温10℃生理盐水组、室温0.5%利多卡因组、低温10℃0.5%利多卡因组),分别用各自组的溶液按规定计量予以创面喷涂治疗,比较各组间止痒效果、止痒起效时间和缓解间隔时间。结果低温10℃0.5%利多卡因组止痒的有效率达93%,与另外3组比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。生理盐水组与0.5%利多卡因组相比较,低温10℃比室温条件下在止痒的起效时间方面有显著效果;低温10℃0.5%利多卡因组在止痒的缓解间隔时间与低温10℃生理盐水比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论利多卡因冷却后喷涂烧伤创面可有效缓解Ⅱ度烧伤患者的瘙痒症状,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To investigate the effect of cooled lidocaine on burn wound itches of patients with grade-II burns. Methods A total of 120 patients of Grade-II burns with wound itching were averagely divided into normal saline at room temperature group (G1), normal saline at 10℃ group (G2), lidocaine at room temperature group (G3), lidocaine at 10℃ group (G4). The antipruritic effect, the antipruritic time and remission intervals before and after the treatment were compared among the groups. Results The antipruritic efficiency of G4 reached 93%, evidently better than that of other three groups (P=0.001). Antipruritic time were longer in both G2 and G4 than that in G1 and G3 and remission intervals in G4 were longer than that in G2 ( P=0.000). Conclusion For burn patients, lidocaine at 10℃can effectively alleviate wound itching and relieve anxiety, which is worth to be promoted clinically.
