Research on Hannah Arendt's Review on the Modernity and its Inference

阿伦特对现代性的反思无疑是非常深刻的,正像西方学术界第一个系统研究阿伦特的学者玛格雷特·卡诺婉所评价,阿伦特的洞见"不同于整个西方哲学的主流并对之形成挑战"。文章从现代性的起源与发展、现代性的危机、现代性危机的根源三方面论述了阿伦特对现代性的批判。阿伦特对现代性的批判,或许是帮助我国克服现代性危机、建立一个生机蓬勃的现代社会的一条"林中路"。

Hannah Arendt＇s reflection on the modernity is very profound, which was commented by Margaret Canovan, the first one to research Hannah Arendt systemically in western academic field as being＂different from main steam of western philosophy, moreo- ver his thought challenges them＂. This article discusses how Hannah Arendt analyzes the modernity from the origin of modernity, the developrrlent of modernity, the source of the crisis of modernity. Hannah Arendt^s reflection is the road in the jungle which may be of help for China to overcome the depression of modernity and build a robust and healthy modern society.
