白芍总苷、来氟米特联合微创经筋刀中医辨证施护类风湿关节炎的临床效果分析

Analysis on rheumatoid arthritis of clinical nursing by total glucosides of paeony and leflunomide combined with minimally invasive steel knife Chinese dialectic

目的 探讨白芍总苷、来氟米特联合微创经筋刀中医辨证施护类风湿关节炎的疗效.方法 将2010年1月至2013年12月我院收治的72例类风湿关节炎患者,按照床位奇偶数号分组,奇数号为研究组、偶数号为对照组,每组36例.对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上增加微创经筋刀中医辨证施护措施.对比分析两组治疗效果.结果 研究组关节疼痛指数、关节肿胀指数、关节压痛指数、晨僵时间分别为（6.42±2.13）、（6.28±2.46）、（4.21±1.01）和（45.77±13.52）min,对照组分别为（8.02±3.47）、（9.33±3.49）、（6.97±2.35）和（78.65±14.21）min,研究组显著好于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.研究组的有效率为91.67％,对照组为69.44％,研究组疗效比对照组好,经过卡方检验,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 白芍总苷、来氟米特联合微创经筋刀中医辨证施护类风湿关节炎的疗效明显,值得临床护理推广.

Objective To investigate effect for rheumatoid arthritis by total glucosides of paeony and leflunomide combined with minimally invasive steel knife Chinese dialectic.Methods 72 cases of rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013,according to the odd and even number of beds group,odd as study group,even for the control group （n=36）,then comparative analysis was carried out for the therapeutic effects of two groups.Results The study group of joint pain,joint swelling,tender joint count,time of morning stiffness and its curative effects was obviously better than that of the control group,with statistical significant differences （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Total glucosides of radix paeoniae alba,leflunomide combined with minimally invasive steel knife Chinese dialectic nursing of rheumatoid arthritis has obvious curative effect,which is worthy of clinical nursing promotion.
