加巴喷丁联合盐酸羟考酮控释片治疗中重度癌痛的疗效观察

Therapeutic efficacy of combination of gabapentin with oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets in treatment of moderate and severe cancer pain

目的 观察加巴喷丁联合盐酸羟考酮控释片治疗中重癌痛的效果及对生活质量的影响.方法 78例中重度癌痛患者按数字随机法分为盐酸羟考酮控释片单药组及辅用加巴喷丁联合组,两组分别给予盐酸羟考酮控释片单药及辅用加巴喷丁两药,2周后评估镇痛效果、生活质量及不良反应.结果 镇痛有效缓解率单药组（78.9％）与联合组（89.7％）比较差异有统计学意义（Z=3.717,P=0.000）;治疗后两组生活质量评分结果比较,联合组优于单药组（t=2.870,P=0.005）;单药组及联合组治疗前后生活质量评分比较差异有统计学意义（t=5.389、5.999,P=0.000）;两组不良反应类似.结论 加巴喷丁联合盐酸羟考酮控释片可有效控制癌痛,改善患者生活质量.

Objective To investigate curative effect and safety of gabapentin combined with oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets in treatment of moderate and severe cancer pain.Methods 78 patients with moderate or severe cancer pain were divided into oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets single group and assisted with gabapentin combined group randomly.The patients were treated with single oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets and with combination of gahapentin caps and oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets respectively.After treatment of 2 weeks the analgesic effect,quality of life and adverse reactions were assessed.Results Single drug group analgesic effective relief rate was 78.9％ and that of the combined group was 89.7％.There was statistical significant difference between two groups about the analgesic effect （Z=3.717,P=0.000）.Quality of life score results were compared between the two groups after treatment,combined group was better than the single drug group （t=2.870,P=0.005）.There were significant differences about quality of life score before and after the single drug group and combined treatment group （t=5.389,t=5.999,P=0.000）.The adverse reactions in two groups were the same.Conclusion Gabapentin combined with oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets can effectively control cancer pain and improve quality of life in patients with cancer pain.
