热奄包外敷法治疗妇科腹腔镜术后腰痛的临床观察 被引量：8

摘要 目的 观察热奄包缓解妇科腹腔镜术后腰痛的临床疗效.方法 选择诊断为输卵管阻塞性不孕症接受手术治疗的59例患者随机分为两组.对照组行常规护理;试验组除了常规护理,针对病人出现术后腰痛症状,给予吴茱萸炒粗盐热敷腰部,缓解腹腔镜治疗不孕症引起的术后腰痛不适,改善病人舒适度.结果 试验组患者疼痛消失平均1.63天,对照组患者疼痛消失平均3.79天,试验组症状改善时间明显缩短.结论 吴茱萸热庵包能有效缓解腹腔镜引起的术后腰痛不适,改善病人舒适度.
