早期痴呆患者家属健康自测情况分析

Analysis on health self-testing conditions of relatives of dementia patients in early stage

目的 评价早期痴呆患者家属健康自测情况.方法 将我院住院的早期痴呆患者家属67例定为研究组,配对其同社区情况相近人群67例定为对照组,使用自测健康评定量表（SRHMS）,自制一般情况表进行自评,对结果进行分析.结果 研究组的健康自测量表总分（278.18±57.83）,心理健康因子分（67.67±36.74）,社会健康因子分（47.65±42.76）,均明显低于对照检查组,二者比较,均差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）;生理健康因子分,两组相近差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 早期痴呆患者家属存在较明显的心理健康、社会健康问题,应高度重视,护理人员可从其对疾病认识,照顾病者多方面进行健康教育,改善其心理、社会健康状况.

Objective To evaluate the health self-testing conditions of relatives of early dementia patients.Methods Relatives of 67 early stage dementia patients in our hospital were selected as the study group,paired with community similar in 67 cases as control group,usingself testing health rating scale （SRHMS）,homemade general table of self evaluation results were analyzed.Results The study group health self testing score was （278.18 ± 57.83）,mental health score was （67.67 ± 36.74）,social health factor score was （47.65 ± 42.76）,which was significantly lower than those of the control group,the comparison showed there was significant difference （P ＜ 0.05）; as for physiology health factor,two groups showed no significant difference （P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion Early stage dementia patients＇ relatives have obvious health problems in mental health and social health,which should be paid highly attention for health education,nursing staff should start from their understanding of disease and nursing caring for the sick.Through the health education,their psychological and social health conditions could be improved.
