摘要 细胞周期调节蛋白激酶(CDC2L)1和CDC2L2基因定位于人第1号染色体1p36.3区,在人体细胞中,通过选择性剪接,转录出超过20个不同的信使RNA和蛋白质,在CDC2L基因各种产物中指定的773~786氨基酸,总共有15个氨基酸的差异,12个非保守的和3个保守的.CDC2L1~2在细胞有丝分裂、凋亡、纺锤体形成、微管稳定,肿瘤发生、发展等方面均有重要作用.进一步研究CDC2L1~2基因在肿瘤中的具体发病机制将为肿瘤的预防、治疗、预后等方面带来新思路. The CDC2 L ( cell division cycle 2-1 ike) land C DC2 L2 genes are localized on chromosome 1 band lp36.3 ,transcript 〉20 distinct protein and mRNA by alternative splicing in human cells. A total of 15 amino acid differences, 12 non-conservative and 3 conservative, can be found in the 773-786 amino acids specified by the various products of the CDC2L genes. They play an important role in mitosis, apoptosis, spin- dle formation, microbule stabilization, tumorigenesis and development. Further studies with the CDC2L1-2 genes in the pathogenesis of tumors may provide new ideas to us in cancer prevention, treatment, and prog-nosis
