Cx43在骨肉瘤组织中的表达及临床意义

The Expression of Cx43 in Osteosarcoma and Its Clinical Significance

目的探讨细胞间隙连接蛋白43(Cx43)在骨肉瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法收集2007年2月至2013年2月中国人民解放军第251医院收治的骨肉瘤患者70例,采用免疫组织化学(EnVisionTM)法分别检测70例骨肉瘤组织及30例骨肉瘤旁组织中Cx43的表达情况。结果Cx43在骨肉瘤组织、骨肉瘤旁组织中阳性表达率分别为14.28%、86.67%,比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=47.75,P<0.01)。在临床病理因素中,Cx43的表达与年龄、性别、组织学类型无关(P>0.05),但与肿瘤大小、临床分期、肺转移、Ki-67有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Cx43在骨肉瘤组织中呈现低表达,其低表达在一定程度上可反映骨肉瘤的生物学行为。

Objective To investigate the expression of connexin 43 （ Cx43 ） in osteosarcoma and its clin- ical significance. Methods The 70 cases of osteosarcoma were collected from PLA 251st Hospital from Feb. 2007 to Feb. 2013. The expression of Cx43 was respectively detected by immunohistochemisty （EnvisionTM） in ostensarcoma tissue of the 70 eases and osteosarcoma side tissue of 30 eases. Results The expression rate of Cx43 in osteosarcoma tissue, osteosarcoma side tissue was respectively 14. 28%, 86.67%, which was statistically significantly different（ X2 = 47.75 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. Among clinicopathological factors, the expression of Cx43 was not related to age,gender, histological type（ P 〉 0.05 ）, but related to tumor size, clinical stag- ing,pulmonary metastasis, Ki-67 （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The low expression of Cx43 in osteosarcoma reflects biological behavior of osteosarcoma to a certain extent.
