IGF-1、Survivin在宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)、生存蛋白(Survivin)在宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其相关性。方法选择2009年1月至20012年2月尚义县医院收治的宫颈鳞状细胞癌患者75例、宫颈上皮内瘤变患者35例、慢性宫颈炎患者30例,将其不同疾病列为三组,应用免疫组织化学法(EnVisionTM)检测上述患者组织中IGF-1、Survivin的表达情况。结果 IGF-1在宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中阳性表达率高于宫颈上皮内瘤变组织和慢性宫颈炎组(P<0.05),Survivin在宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中阳性表达率高于宫颈上皮内瘤变组织和慢性宫颈炎组(P<0.05)。IGF-1的表达与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、远处脏器转移、FIGO分期有关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),Survivin的表达与淋巴结转移、远处脏器转移、FIGO分期、p53有关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。IGF-1表达与Survivin表达呈显著正相关(rs=0.78,P<0.01)。结论 IGF-1、Survivin共同参与了宫颈鳞状细胞癌的演变,两者的过表达不仅在一定程度上反映了患者病情,而且有利于阐明宫颈鳞状细胞癌发生、发展的相关机制。 Objective To investigate the expression of IGF-1, survivin in cervical squamous-cell carci- noma and their correlation. Methods A total of 75 patients diagnosed as squamous-celled carcinoma, 35 patients diagnosed as cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and 30 patients diagnosed as chronic cervicitis were collected from Shangyi County Hospital. The expression of IGF-1, survivin of the three groups were detected by immunohistochemisty (EnvisionTM). Results The expression rate of IGF-1 and survivin protein in cervical squamous-celled carcinoma was higher than that in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and chronic cervicitis ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of IGF-1 was related to tumor size,lymph node metastasis, distant organ metastasis and FIGO staging( P 〈 0.05 ), the expression of survivin was related to lymph node metastasis, distant place organ metastasis, FIGO staging and p53 ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was obviously positive correlation between IGF and survivin( r =0.78 ,P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion IGF-1 and survivin are both involved in the development of cervical squamous-cell carcinoma, the over-expression not only reflect pathogenetic condition but also is useful to clarify the related mechanism of cervical squamous-celled carcinoma.
