氨基脲敏感性胺氧化酶与心血管病及糖尿病的研究进展

摘要 氨基脲敏感性胺氧化酶(SSAO)是人体内广泛存在的一种具有多种生理功能的胺氧化酶。SSAO主要催化短链伯胺氧化脱氨并生成相应的醛类、过氧化氢和氨。甲胺和氨基丙酮是SSAO的生理性底物。心血管病及糖尿病患者血浆SSAO活性明显增高,其催化生成的毒性产物可导致血管内皮损伤、氧化应激,从而促进动脉粥样硬化与糖尿病血管并发症的发生、发展。因此,SSAO与心血管病及糖尿病的病理生理研究已成为新的研究热点。 Semicarbazide-sensitive amine oxidase(SSAO) is present widely in human body and has various physiological functions.Oxidative deamination of short-chain primary amines is catalyzed by this enzyme to afford the corresponding aldehydes,hydrogen peroxide and ammonia.Methylamine and aminoacetone are physiological substrates for SSAO.Plasma SSAO activity increases significantly on patients with cardiovascular disease and diabetes.Toxic aldehyde products may contribute to the endothelial injuy of blood vessels and oxidative stress,thus promoting atherosclerosis and complications of diabetic angiopathy.Therefore,pathophysiologic research of SSAO with cardiovascular disease and diabetes has become a new research hotspot.
