甘草酸类制剂治疗自身免疫性肝炎的研究进展

甘草酸具有抗炎、抗过敏、抗变态反应、抗肿瘤及免疫调节等作用,经历多年研究,甘草酸类制剂已发展至第四代。自身免疫性肝炎(AIH)是一种以高球蛋白血症、有多种自身抗体和汇管区呈屑样坏死为特征的肝脏炎症病变,其治疗以免疫抑制剂为主,尤其是糖皮质激素更是治疗AIH最重要的药物。在实际临床治疗中,甘草酸类药物在治疗AIH中的地位逐渐突显出来。该文从甘草酸类制剂治疗AIH的临床应用证据及治疗机制等方面予以综述。

Glycyrrhizic acid has an effect on coping with inflammation, allergy, tumor and play an unique role in immunoregulation. After years of study, glycyrrhizic acid has been developed to the fourth generation. Autoimmune hepatitis（AIH） is one of the inflammation lesions of the liver characterized by hypergammaglobulinemia, various of autoantibodies, and crumbs-like necrosis in portal area of the liver. Its treatment is mainly based on immunosuppressive agents, especially glucocorticoids. The positive effect of glycyrrhizic acid and its congeners in the treatment of AIH has been gradually exposed in their clinical application. Here is to make a review of the clinical effect and the mechanism of glycyrrhizic acid and its congeners.
