摘要
小儿尿路结石是泌尿外科常见且高复发性疾病。为患儿选择最安全有效的方案是治疗的首要目的。临床上常见的有传统开放手术取石、外冲击波碎石术、输尿管碎石术、微创经皮输尿管镜取石、输尿管软镜取石、药物溶石等治疗手段。目前小儿尿路结石的内镜微创外科治疗已经相当成熟,并广泛应用于临床之中。内镜微创技术因碎石效果好、安全性高等优点已基本替代了传统的开放手术治疗。随着现代科学的进步,微创内镜新技术将不断完善更新,进一步领跑小儿肾结石治疗前沿。
Pediatrie urinary stones is a urology with high reeurrenee. To choose the most safe and effective regimen for children, is the primary purpose of the treatment. There are many therapeutic ways, such as open surgery, ESWL, URL, MPCNL, soft ureter mirror treatment and drug lithotripsy. The endoseopie minimally-invasive surgical treatment of children urinary stones is already quite mature and has been widely applied in clinical, which has replaced the conventional open surgery due to the good effect and better safety. With the progress of modem science, the minimally invasive endoseopic technology will continue to update, leading the frontier in the treatment of pediatric kidney stones.
