摘要 Chopart关节是连接中足及后足的枢纽,对足部稳定及平衡起决定性的作用,其损伤发生率低,漏诊及误诊率高,临床医师对其认识不足,患者往往因得不到及时有效的治疗,产生不同程度的足部慢性疼痛及功能受限,甚至关节融合。该文通过对Chopart关节的解剖及生理功能、诊断、损伤分型和损伤机制、治疗以及预后的介绍,旨在提高临床医师对Chopart关节损伤的诊断及治疗的认识,为临床治疗提供适当建议,以改善患者预后。 Chnpart joint is the pivot connecting the midfoot with the hindfoot and plays a decisive role on the stability and the balance of foot. Chopart joint injury's incidence is low, but the rate of erroneous diagnosis and missed diagnosis is high. Dut to the insufficient understanding of the clinicins, patients may get different degrees of font's chronic pain and functional limitations and even the arihrodesis when they can't get the timely and effective treatment. By introducing the anatomy and function, diagnosis, damage types and damage mechanism, treatment and prognosis of Chopart joint,we hope to improve the clinicians's consciousness of the diagnosis and treatment and provide appropriate treatment advice for clinical practice, so as to improve the prognosis.
