诺舒与热球治疗月经过多的临床观察及护理 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较诺舒与热球治疗月经过多的临床疗效并探讨其护理措施。方法将120例月经过多患者分为两组,60例患者采用诺舒子宫内膜切除系统进行治疗(诺舒组),并采用常规护理。60例患者采用热球进行治疗(热球组),同时采取有针对性的护理措施。收集两组临床随访资料并进行疗效分析。结果诺舒组手术时间、术后恢复时间短于热球组(P<0.05)。术后阴道排液时间诺舒组长于热球组(P<0.05)。诺舒组术后需用药止痛率较热球组低(P<0.05)。两组术后1、3、6、12个月的有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1、3个月闭经率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后6、12个月闭经率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),无并发症发生。结论与热球治疗相比,诺舒治疗月经过多具有治疗时间短、不需预处理、手术操作方便、安全性高、术后恢复时间短等优点,特别适用于功能失调性子宫出血合并严重的内科疾病不宜手术的患者。术前应做好心理护理及健康教育,术后细致的观察及护理,可有效防止并发症的发生。
