摘要 编制多头螺纹加工程序时的重复语句多,工作量大,程序检查繁锁,易出错。本文根据宏程序的特点,研究出切实可行的多头螺纹加工程序。该程序结构简单,只需要一把切槽刀,具备循环加工的特点,适合于任何形式的多头螺纹加工,用户只须在程序中对相关变量赋值后调用宏程序,即可加工出所需要的螺纹,其通用性和灵活性较强。 Bull threaded processing programming has the characteristics of repeated statements,big workload,proce-dure check numerous lock,and error-prone.The paper studied the feasible bull threaded machining program by the means of macro program,the program has simple structure,which only needs a cutting knife,has circulation manufacturing charac-teristics,and is suitable for any form of bull threaded machining,the user only need input relative variables values in the program,and invoked macros,by doing that,the needed thread can be machined,it has the characteristics of commonality and flexibility.
